Dunedin Parks Maintenance Facility

Project repurposed the former Blue Jays Player Development Complex into the Parks Division maintenance facility. The work included demolition of the existing building layout and installation of vehicle bays and renovation of systems and building amenities. The project provides for more efficiency and working conditions for City employees which results in better services and fiscal savings for the community.
