Thanks to a generous land donation in 2010 from The Goodman Group, Largo now enjoys a modern, LEED-certified community hub designed to foster wellness, creativity, and togetherness. The 30,000+ sq ft facility features a stage ballroom, art studios, three sprung-floor classrooms, a fitness center, full-service kitchen, community garden plots, and more—all crafted to nurture community pride and active living. Thoughtfully built to serve as a vibrant amenity for all ages, it stands as a testament to Largo’s commitment to supporting residents and neighbors across the community.
