Waterway Access to 18 Transient Docks along the Intracoastal Waterway adjacent to the Indian Rocks Beach Business District. The Project was recognized as the “Project of the Year – Structures” by the Florida Chapter American Public Works Association – West Coast Branch, and also received the “State Organization for Boating Access Award ” from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
