Clearwater Police District 3 Substation Replacement

The new station is a 21,625-square-foot emergency operations center for police and is equipped to withstand a Category 5 hurricane. Included in the center are police training classrooms, simulation training space, offices, workout space and locker rooms, as well as a 6,100-cubic-foot underground stormwater vault, audiovisual components and video walls, solar panels and the ability to add electrical vehicle charging stations.
