Fire station 50 provides coverage to the northeast area of the Clearwater fire district.

Fire station 47 was rebuilt and relocated to a more central location in the community.

Fire station 46 provides fire protection and Advanced Life Support response coverage for the beach community.

The 40,000-square-foot library includes 10,000-square-feet of dedicated public space, 15,000-square-feet of dedicated college space and 15,000-square-feet of shared space.

Built a new branch library to serve the Countryside community.

Replacement of the building envelope and HVAC. Repair of the building frame and pool shell. Addition of solar panels and mechanical equipment.

The new station is a 21,625-square-foot emergency operations center for police and is equipped to withstand a Category 5 hurricane.

Rebuild includes replacing docks and sea wall, modernizing utilities, redoing slip layouts, updated ticket sales locations and creating a pedestrian-friendly “Marina Walk.”

Clearwater’s new city hall will house multiple departments, have a community training room for the public and new City Council Chambers.
