Dansville Community Park
This project will create a new park around the Dansville retention pond (Mill Pond). The park will include a multi-use path, sidewalk, benches, picnic shelter, restrooms, parking lot and open green space.
Greater Ridgecrest Future Greenspace
Making way for future greenspace by improving a former disposal site through a gas mitigation system and regrading of the site.
Hercules Avenue Sidewalk Phase II

Clearwater Beach Marina Replacement
Rebuild includes replacing docks and sea wall, modernizing utilities, redoing slip layouts, updated ticket sales locations and creating a pedestrian-friendly “Marina Walk.”
Clearwater City Hall Replacement
Clearwater’s new city hall will house multiple departments, have a community training room for the public and new City Council Chambers.
Clearwater Countryside Library
Built a new branch library to serve the Countryside community.
Clearwater Fire Station 46
Fire station 46 provides fire protection and Advanced Life Support response coverage for the beach community.
Clearwater Fire Station 47 Relocation and Rebuild
Fire station 47 was rebuilt and relocated to a more central location in the community.
Clearwater Fire Station 50
Fire station 50 provides coverage to the northeast area of the Clearwater fire district.
Clearwater Police District 3 Substation Replacement
The new station is a 21,625-square-foot emergency operations center for police and is equipped to withstand a Category 5 hurricane.
Coachman Park Rebuild
Located in the heart of Downtown Clearwater, Coachman Park boasts lush green spaces, a magnificent music venue, and an abundance of exciting amenities.
Largo
Highland Recreation Complex
Highland Recreation Complex includes a game room, indoor play area, walking track, party rooms, multiple gym and fitness spaces, licensed childcare, and the Highland Family Aquatic Center.
Largo Community Center
Community Center featuring a stage ballroom, art studios, three sprung-floor classrooms, fitness center, full-service kitchen, and community garden plots.
Largo Fire Station 39
The reconstruction of Fire Station 39 enhances public safety with upgraded apparatus bays, expanded storage, and improved emergency response capabilities.
Largo Fire Station 43
Fire Station 43 is a one-of-a-kind, vertical facility built to enhance emergency response and firefighter readiness.

Rosery Road Phases I & II

Trotter Road Reconstruction
Project included upgraded curb and sidewalk infrastructure, continuous bicycle lanes, improved intersections, street trees, transit stop improvements, and enhanced drainage.
